Excellent product, great fit and quality... at a price
I just like Arc'teryx products, an more often than not it is not just about "branding". I am generally hit and miss with the shirts, but the right size Arc'teryx pants just are function-and-form for me, neither at the expense of the other. These pants are no exception. I am a 6' 192 lbs. guy, heavy in the legs, and the 34 fit just right. They articulate well and look the part. I started off with the longer versions of these Stowe short and worked my way to the shorts themselves, just because I liked the pants so much. If the pants are anything to go by, they likely will shrink a wee little after a wash, but not to the extreme. I am a happy customer, although these do come at a steep price, even given a discount...

BETA AR More than hoped for!
I own several Arc products and really waited on a great deal for the Beta AR. now that i have added it to my collection of amazing jackets and gear, i am set! problem is... i want to get an SV for expeditions!!
Fantastic jacket even as a stand alone rain barrier on cooler days. hood is a little large but to be expected with alpine compatible gear.
