Asmoke AS350 What to know
Just so you know what to do when you start trying to use this product. Asmoke AS350
1st most of these smaller smokers have trouble controlling the temperature.
I have tried 3 and they all seem to have issues when trying to use low temperatures.
0. The phone number for support in the manual is wrong. Sorry my wife filed the manual and I can't find it. search the web. there are 3 jnumbers out there.
1. 1st you need to let it go to around 300 degrees then when it gets back to the correct temperature it seems to do OK. 15-20 degree swings.
2. If the temp is all over the place with large temperature swings it needs a new controller and probe. ( that is what fixed the AS350) - It is tough to get them to send you the parts. They send new start up insturctions which aren't that clear. first and you burn a lot of pellets testing.
3. Now that I changed it and do the start and let it settle back to temp. it works pretty good for smoking as well as all other temperature cooking.
