Reviews & Ratings for Asolo Reston WP Hiking Boot - Mens
— 6 reviews — Page 1
this is the second pair of Reston WP boots that I have bought. I still have my first pair but wore the soles down to much to be used at my job as a high rise window cleaner. I still wear my first pair for yard work, car maintenance and the like. I have worn Asolo fugitive GTX boots for years, but I think I will be switching to the Restons. I really like the new footbed on the Restons. They are my new favorite boot. My first pair lasted me about 18 months at work where most of the people I work with buy boots from 6 months to a year. Yes, Campsaver had by far the best price on my Asolo hikers but there were many cheaper options out there. These Reston WPs were the easiest boots to break in my 35 years of using similar products. Thanks to Campsaver, I was able to justify the investment.

I tried about 6 different styles of lightweight hiking boots and found the Asolo Restons to provide the best fit for my foot which is normal to slightly narrow in width, but can’t tolerate a narrow toe box. They’re very comfortable and look great!

This is a great boot for day hikes and fits like a glove. Some may not like the minimalist soles but those who do will love these boots. They are lite and have good ankle support.

I plan to use them for trekking as well as casual wear. I really like boots with the characteristics of fine hiking boots. The problem is findinding light weight hiking boots that I can wear all day and not feel to warm. These seem to have it all.
