Like the look and the feel
New Asolo Salyan shoes comfortable more true to size than many other brands so no need to order that 1/2 size larger. The Vibram soles have a great grip.

Great Shoes- Soles wear fast on concrete
I use these shoes everyday for work- they fit well, look great and are very comfortable. I wish they offered different colors (I don't like the yellow) but overall it's a great shoe. The sole does seem to wear quickly after a few months working mostly on asphalt and concrete. Hopefully I can find a place to get them resoled.

Salyan Approach shoe
This is my 4th pair of Asolos. I have always had great luck with them. Initially the shoe was stiff. Over the past few days they have broken in well. There isn't much padding around the neck and heel of the shoe. Because of this, my right heel slips, even when I lace the shoe up tight. When I actually take them out to hike and scramble in them I will have to wear some sock liners ( I have never worn them before with my other Asolos). Very comfortable, even when I have worn them all day long.
