at first i was a little afraid of buying camping food with salmon in it, but i was really surprised at how good this meal is. the salmon is in a separate package, and it's not freeze-dried like the other ingredients. it's a big, fresh-tasting filet, and it doesn't taste fishy. when it's broken up and mixed in with the spicy rice it's awesome. it's a very spicy dish, so spice wimps beware.
