Delicious meal - Backpacker's Pantry Cuban Coconut Rice & Black Beans - 2 Servings

I really enjoy the Cuban coconut black beans and rice meal. It has pieces of banana, which makes it slightly sweet. The coconut flavor is delicious. It works for breakfast or dinner. I will definitely be buying this again.
