Great Vegetarian Dinner Option
I really like this curry. It's got some kick to it, but not so spicy that I can't eat it on the trail. I've begun ordering almost exclusively in bulk. I use my large insulated cup to rehydrate meals. Just boil the water, mix in cup and let it set. I do a few minutes more than what's suggested on the package for a softer meal. It saves all kinds of weight and trash to package foods in ziplocks.
