Having used Backpacker Pantry meals for years while backpacking, I have found this meal to be a very effective start your day energy booster. The peanuts add the salty kind of taste that your body needs after hiking all day the day before. The meal taste great and is VERY easy to make. Just add the appropriate amount of Hot/Cold water and wait.
