Nutritious, hearty breakfast or snack

Over five-hundred calories, high nutrient-density, good consistency. You have to crush up the peanuts, which are separate, so you can use them or not as you wish. Good quality protien, a nice change from the usual fruit and granola breakfast, however yummy they are! Doesn't need a ton of water, easy to make.
Best Used for:
  • Long term food storage, hiking meal

Great Breakfast

Having used Backpacker Pantry meals for years while backpacking, I have found this meal to be a very effective start your day energy booster. The peanuts add the salty kind of taste that your body needs after hiking all day the day before. The meal taste great and is VERY easy to make. Just add the appropriate amount of Hot/Cold water and wait.
