Not bad, requires pan frying
Traditionally made with cabbage and pork. This vegetarian recipe uses soy protein and spinach. It has decent flavor but could use a packet of low sodium soy sauce in the bag. 240% of Vitamin A, 120% of Vitamin C. Costly for a single serving.

Tasty, fast and light. Everything a good backpacking meal should be. Even my wife liked it, and that's rare.
