It is our most favorite dinner, rich and creamy, the peanut sauce hits the spot after a long day! It does have a lot of calories though, more than most of the freeze dried dinners. Usually one person eats the whole package in our family, but not with Pad Thai.

good meal, add a little less water than required otherwise you end up with Pad Thai soup (which still isn't bad). takes a little while to cook but it has a good flavor and if you add chicken or beef it's a little piece of back country heaven.
