Backpacker's Pantry Pasta Bolognese/Pasta with beef Sauce

This was quite good, satisfying, it hydrated properly in the stated time at 3000', and was not at all un-done or soupy as some meals can be. Both my son and I enjoyed this, and we both feel we'd purchase it again. It has some small woodland mushroom pieces, and though we dont particularly like mushrooms, they are so small as to be unnoticeable. I gave this a 5 star based on flavor and consistency.
