Pasta Vegetable Parmesan
I am pretty picky about texture and flavor when it comes to backpacking food. This is probably my favorite entree so far from this brand (their desserts are all amazing). I love the freeze dried veggies. It feels like a full meal when eating this pack!

tasty pasta!
It was really good and cheesy. I did have to put it back in the pot to heat it up again so the noodles would not be crunchy. But it was really cold out, so it cooled too fast!
