Bear vault

I have taken this on one trip and it works to keep critters out of my food. We have to use these in the Sierra Nevada so I don’t have a choice about that. This is the smallest size available and campsacer had a good pripe.

Lighter and compact.

I’ve been using the Bear Vault 450 for years. I said if they ever made a smaller one I would get it. I wanted one for the smaller size and lighter weight. Most of my shorter trips the 450 was overfilled with food or without the extra food just empty space but the same weight. The Bear Vault 425 is what I was wanting and waiting for to have for my shorter trips. No empty space in it and extra weight.

  • Short camping , solo, trips or couples over night trips.
