Most Helpful Negative Review DISAPPOINTED FIRST TIME OUT!
I USED THIS BAG WITHOUT A TENT AND I SPENT HALF OF THE NIGHT TRYING TO KEEP IT TUCKED IN AROUND MY SHOULDERS SO THE BREEZE WOULD NOT FREEZE ME TO DEATH. THE ZIPPER LEAKS COLD AIR. IT IS NOT INSULATED AGAINST THE COLD LIKE EVERY OTHER BAG I HAVE EVER USED. BIG AGNES CUT TOO MANY CORNERS ON THIS DESIG...

Great sleeping bag

by Luc, Verified Owner from QC, Canada Written on August 14, 2019
I bought my first Buffalo Park seven years ago and love it. I needed a second one and I appreciate the second zipper. Now you don't have to worry about buying a right- or left-zipper bag when you want to zip two bags together, and you can unzip the whole bag when needed. The Big Agnes system, with a sleeve to insert your sleeping pad, is the best. The ample room provided by the bag is also appreciated as I don't like to be confined in a small sleeping bag. It is also really light, packs in a small volume, and was perfect for two different 30-days cycling trips.

Ahhhhhhhh

by Big & Tall Camp, from NY, United States Written on May 5, 2014
I am 6'2" and built like a linebacker. I have owned a Big Agnes Dual Core pad for several years and just used it as a simple pad with other bags to suit various conditions while tent & canoe camping. I wanted a bag that matched my body size and also gave me room to sleep on my sides and stomach. Combine the roominess of the bag with the integrated pad sleeve preventing rolling off the pad and this

Big, Toasty Comfort

by Canuman, Written on May 5, 2014
I just turned 50. I have half a dozen sleeping bags in my quiver for all conditions. I've slept in a mummy bag for about 46 of my years. On a recent trip to Newfoundland, my mummy bag wasn't doing it for me. On the cold nights, if I zipped in, I was finding that I couldn't find a comfortable resting position. 46 years in the woods will do that to you.

I was determined to find a big, roomy bag tha

I would recomend this.

I mostly motorcycle camp and pack size is more important than weight. It packs small for its size. I was unsure how the system would work with the pad slid into the bag sleeve. It was perfect. The bag stays put and no movement trying to wrap itself around me. Could not be happier.

Whether on this continent or not

I'm a really big fan of this bag. Being a bigger guy I was looking for a bag that would fit my shoulder width not necessarily my height.

I have had this bag for over a year now, I think, and have used it in several different situations. From car camping to backpacking literally on the side of a mountain in India. It performed flawlessly.

One comment. It doesn't have any padding or anything but

Great Bag with ROOM

by kicknhorse88, Written on December 12, 2013
Large roomy bag, Im 6'4 and have plenty of room. I roll over when I sleep and this bag is great for movement. Packs small with compression and the weight is good for packing. It is a great Spring/Summer bag only rated to 40, but I have had it in temps below 40 and have done well.

I have used this bag on canoeing and backpacking trips where weight and space was important. The bag has kept me warm and comfortable down into the 40 degree temperature range, but you're going to need to put on a base layer when it gets down into the 30's. I'm a big guy and the bag gives me ample space to move around. I'd recommend this bag.

Used over Memorial day weekend and loved it. Roomy. Don't know how it will hold up in cold weather yet, but i'm thrilled with it.
