Big Agnes Copper Spur HV UL2 Bikepack Tent - 2-Person
I’ve been using Big Agnes tents for a long time now, and have always appreciated their attention to detail. This tent steps it up a notch, and has features specifically geared towards the Bikepacking crew. I ordered the two person version because I wanted to be able to use it car camping with my family, as well as for bikepacking trips. I was initially worried that it would be too bulky for solo trips, but it absolutely is not. This thing packs down smaller than I thought possible for a two person tent, and still weighs in at a respectable 3+ pounds. The unique features of this tent are a bonu...

Unlike other tents which are always be packed in a long column, this tent can be packed in a compact way that you can put inside the backpack horizontally.
It is good for long trip when leaving a camp site to another one. You just tidy up everything and finally, put the tent at the top of the backpacker and go. I didn't do it for bike trip but I believe it would be satisfactory.

This may not be the cheapest tent out there but for bikepacking it absolutely is worth it. I have had it out twice now and am very satisfied with the purchase. More impressed after I compared it to what other people were using. It attached to the handlebars as advertised and seemed pretty secure. Very versatile and easy to set up. It might be a little tight for two people but there was plenty of room for one and gear. Have not been in enough rain to speak of but I expect it will do fine for what I need. It was on backorder but totally worth the wait
Pros:
compact and light
Cons:
