Altered bag - Big Agnes Ethel 0 Womens Sleeping Bag (650 DownTek)

This bag arrived missing ~8 oz of down from chest cavity, there was a seam that was visibly restiched both along an upper vestibule and foot bed. There was hardly any down in the chest area.
