Big agnes tent - Big Agnes Fly Creek HV UL 2 Tent - 2 Person, 3 Season

I recently purchased a Big Agnes Fly Creek tent. It arrived quickly and was very easy to set up. Before I purchased it I wanted to ask a customer service representative a few questions. The knowledgeable rep answered my questions. One of them was, “Does this come with the footprint as stated in the product description?.” She said it did and so that is part of the reason why I purchased the tent. The tent arrived without the footprint and I write customer service a message from their site asking why there was no footprint. I have not heard back. It is hard to catch them on the phone as the wait is long. Would I recommend the tent??? Yes. So far it is the customer service that I am troubled with and the only reason why they did not get a 5 star rating.
