Light but hardly can be called free standing - Big Agnes Fly Creek UL 1 Tent - 1 Person, 3 Season-Clearance

This tent is tall and narrow so it needs more stakes than my ultralight Six Moon Designs trekking pole tent. It saves on weight by having very thin bathtub that I wouldn't put on the rocks without overpriced footprint. In addition, instead of having grommets for all attaching fly and mesh to the poles it has plastic clips. Perhaps this tent won a war in light design but at the expense of durability and ease of setup.
