Bought mine in August 2016 from CampSaver and waited till now to write a review. Wow this tent is great. Have camped three times for a total of 7 nights. Just did 3 nights in the Yosemite Valley with it and it was so good I wanted to finally write a review.
The first time i used it in Illinois we got over 1 inch of rain. The tent was bone dry. Literally I did not see 1 single drop of water in the tent at any point during or after a serious thunderstorm. This was using the matching footprint underneath---not sure how it performs without that. It is huge inside. I've slept 6 people in there with plenty of comfort and space. Doors at either end are really useful for getting out at night without having to climb over a ton of people. Plus you can open them both for good airflow through the tent.
I wish there was a better pole system for the vestibule roof. They suggest using trek poles, but they aren't included and would be too short anyway in my opinion. My one criticism.
My prior tent was a Coleman. It worked well at first but started leaking like a sieve when it got older. The BA is much better constructed--poles are sturdier; connections are better; rain fly covers the whole tent; material feels nicer and stronger. It is simply a great tent. I love it. I'm 6' 4"--can't stand completely upright inside, but pretty close.
