Worked great for a week backpacking with temps below freezing. The most comfortable I've ever been camping, previously used thermarest scout. The sides inflate a little fuller, so it cradles you nicely. Takes ~30+ breaths to inflate, but super light and compact when deflated. I don't think it's noisy, maybe because I didn't roll around much, just slept.
