Bought this bad for a backpacking trip with my girlfriend in Yosemite’s High Sierra. Both of us loved the bag, in particular being able to zip each side down and throw off the top to cool down. Also, the bag captures the matching Big Agnes “double” sleeping pad so it stays in place, it also avoids the dreaded “crack” when using two sleeping pads. A note of caution: you do have to use an insulated pad with this sleeping bag as the bottom of the bag isn’t insulated, it’s just nylon. I was skeptical about staying warm but it really worked nicely. Camp Savers website isn’t clear about this requirement and they don’t sell the matching Big Agnes “double” sleeping pad ...... perhaps Camp Saver will rectify that. If not you’ll have to buy it directly from Big Agnes.
Pros:
Warm, roomy
Cons:
Have to buy an insulated sleeping pad ...... buy the matching double sleeping pad from Big Agnes.
Best Used for:
Backpacking

We have used the bag on one car camping trip so far, with more trips planned. The bag was really comfortable and kept us plenty warm. The inside of the lower material is sleek and feels like a luxurious sheet. We plan to use the bag for backpacking trips and are pleased with the lightweight.
