I'm an avid backpacker, but I'm a big guy. I'm 6'0" and weigh 240. I've owned some really nice bags, but this one is BY FAR my favorite. It has plenty of room to twist & turn to get comfy. When you figure in the option to insert the BA insulated pad into the sleeve on the bottom side of the sleeping bag... it's GREAT! I had this bag at Kings Peak in UT, camping at 10k' in 10-25 degree eves and
