Great vest from BA
I've put this thing to the ringer, so wanted to give BA some kudos for a fine product. It's light, warm and packs well into it's own pocket. It is a little roomy, but I think done purposefully in order to layer a base and mid layer as well.

A solid warm vest
Just initial impressions so far. Fits big. I usually wear a medium in outer wear, but had to return the medium to get a small. Also, ended up choosing the Ways Gulch vest that doesn’t have the chest pocket. I love chest pockets, but the other (and I think older model) vest feels to be better made and warmer. Also, the neck closes a little more snugly on the older version.

Big Agnes Ways Gulch Vest
I've long been a fan of Big Agnes products, owning one of their sleeping bags and sleeping pads, though they are comparatively expensive. On sale, most products are a great deal. We recently bought the Big Agnes Ways Gulch vest as a gift for one of our sons. Like all Big Agnes products, it is fairly distinctive looking, and some may not like the style or color selection, but the quality of the product is undeniable. Unfortunately, the item received had a small slit in the back panel where the vest material had been cut, exposing the down, so we returned the item. Campsaver was out of stock on this size and color ordered, so we had to go elsewhere to order, and at a higher price. But our son has now received and worn the vest, and he absolutely loves it.
