First Set of Poles - First Impressions

Been planning a solo backpack trip for a number of days in the VA mountains. I'm middle-aged in great shape (triathlete), but haven't done much backpacking in years and was concerned how my knees would handle the ups & downs day-in day-out with a full pack for 4-5 days. Read a bunch of reviews, watched youtube videos and then found these highly rated poles on sale at CampSaver. So I went for it

Exactly what I was looking for!

I bought my snow shoes at Campsaver and was very satisfied, so I came back when I was ready to treat myself to nice trekking poles. The comfortable cork grip, locking mechanism, tight collapse and light weight are perfect for my use. I have already recommended them to my hiking friends.
