NICE Gloves

I like these more than my Petzl belay gloves because they seem more dexterous. Haven't been able to thoroughly test their durability yet.
These gloves get it done. As a ski patroller in California. Just the best for the conditions. Whether the mild conditions or the Rope work these gloves hold up season after season. In 30 years of patrolling this is my fourth pair, not because they wore out but I keep a pair in every pack and vehicle.

NICE Gloves

I needed gloves for rope handling. They are a good fit.
They were even comfortable for wearing while holding hiking poles.
I also wore them into some thick brush, and they provided protection against greenbriar thorns, which I wasn't sure they were meant to do.
These kept my hands warm enough in 40 degree weather, but I don't think they'll be ideal for freezing temperatures, nor are they meant to be.

These gloves are very useful when climbing.
I think it can be used all the time in spring, summer, fall and winter.
These gloves are very useful when passing trees or rocks in the mountains.
The size fits well.

Good gloves to have around while hiking. They seem to be well made and are holding up fine through light use so far. I would say the size runs pretty close to the sizing chart so there were no surprises there. Would recommend.

great for belaying without rope burn

I prefer belaying with gloves and these allow me to keep my dexterity while offering protection from rope. These don't seem like the most durable gloves, but only time will tell.
