I love these poles

These poles got me through 3 weeks in the Alps, over lots of scree and rock, without a hitch. They are so lightweight and easy to fold. Great choice.

A little stiff, but love the compressibility!

I'm comparing these to my previous poles; BD FlikLoks, it may not be apples to apples, but you can feel a little more vibration in these and I attribute it to less thick foam on the grips. Also, the wrist strap is not comfortable without gloves. But they fold well and are 1/2 lb lighter than my previous poles.

I have been considering to purchase LEKI but Black Diamond Distance FL stick has reasonable price with good performance. Free extra tips and pouch bag are helpful for user.
