I purchased these for my dad after purchasing a similar pair for me, he can’t stay warm outside in temps in the teens, and I knew exactly what to get him! We had another cold weather snap, and he was able to wear them while snow blowing. Later that day, he texted me...he stayed warm, and had great dexterity which he had worried about- not having worm mittens since he was a kid. I have since purchased something similar for my mom, she’s never warm. Black Diamond makes a great product.
