I purchased these lockers to use for anchor setups. I just got back into climbing after a 15 year layoff. All my old lockers still work, however I needed a few more. The key lock noses are great and the lock is positive and does not seem to get stuck when under strain. I can only compare them to the petzl attaché which I have also. The attaché look better in my opinion and I like that they are orange (easily identified). We did have one problem with the gate getting stuck once under load. Now I tighten those and back it off a 1/4 turn. Two times climbing with the BD, and they have not had that problem or any other. I would say the BD is solid and dependable. The BD is also a few dollars less than the attachés. Get these, you will not be disappointed.
