solid tent
The MegaLight came with the tent fly, 8 aluminum pegs, a hiking pole converter/center pole converter and a carbon fiber center pole.
The included pegs are kind of short but the real star is the robust carbon center pole, it is easily adjusted and folds down like a pair of trekking poles for storage. The tent body is well made and offers excellent space to carried weight.
This tent is a palace for 2 people plus gear or a dog. I wish I had tried a floorless shelter sooner. Overall I am very pleased with this shelter.

Mega light
Only used it in my backyard so far, but it is lightweight and sets up very quickly. Withstood strong winds and 8" of snow. Hope to use it for camping in the Adirondacks next winter. Sealed the seams...wish it came sealed already, but it wasn't hard to do
Would recommend: Yes
Initial Observations
I bought this for winter camping, and, while I haven't used it yet, here are my initial observations.
* Easiest tent I've ever set up
* Rather pricey, considering what you get, so look for sales like I did
* Roomy, but not as roomy as it looks, given the steeply sloped walls
* Advertised as a four person tent, but with winter gear and due to the wall angle I think two person would be a more accurate description
* I know this tent has been around for years and maybe Black Diamond has a good reason for not putting more guy outs on the side walls, but for the life of me, I can't imagine why they don't. It really needs more guy out points - they would add stability and room.
* The tent coupler is not intuitive and needs instructions - better yet a link to an instructional video (or maybe I'm just an idiot)
* Since this is often used in winter, it'd be nice is BD offered an optional stove jack. I'll have to add my own.
* Sealing the seams is a pain in the bum!
Again, these are my initial observations.
