They run very small
I read some of the review saying that they run small so I ordered a half size up, but they are still too small. I'm exchanging them and see if another half size up would fit. They are also very thigh so I'll have to try them and see. I really hope they fit well because they seem a really good pair of boots. It would be nice to have more options of approach boots for women.

great approach shoes, sticky rubber
as the other reviews suggested, they definitely run small. (I'm normally a 7.5 and purchased an 8.5 which fits comfortably). they have very sticky rubber and are great for hiking to backcountry alpine climbs involving 4th class or walking on granite slabs. I've only taken them on one backpacking trip but so far they seem *pretty* waterproof (not as waterproof as my mountaineering boots, but definitely water resistant) and are a great combo of approach shoes and high top hiking boots. My only complaint is that they are giving me blisters where my arches are, but this is to be expected, as I have flat feet and have this problem with most hiking boots.
