Two Different Sized Gloves Shipped

Ordered these gloves in medium and was shipped one medium and one small size glove in the sealed package. Black Diamond refused to help and made me go through the dealer “campsaver”. CS rep Advised that other Black Diamond gloves had similar issues. Pretty bummed about Black Diamond not taking care of me and making me ship these back to campsaver since I’m much closer to Black Diamond. Note: I paid additional for slightly quicker shipping, Campsaver sends a prepaid label for UPS ground.......

  • poor customer service
  • Wrong sizes packaged together.
Best Used for:
  • Probably to take flip burgers
  • hard to use If no match

Excellent Budget Gloves

The gloves are very warm (tested down to 20F but of course this varies based on individual activity level). I bought one size up from BD's sizing guide and most fingers fit snugly. Pinky is a bit too short while the thumb is fairly loose. Because the cuff is a polyester material, there are some durability issues where the Velcro touches the fabric, pulling some material. Dexterity is excellent. I bought it on sale and don't think it's worth the MSRP ($79).
