I'm 5'8", 150 with a 45" chest so I bought the large. Fits well. Good bit of stretch. The fabric has just a bit of gloss/sheen to it. Not so much that it looks like a disco shirt or something, but it does have a little shine to it which does not come across in the images here.

Best Used for:

casual and everyday wear
