excellent grip and warmth for weight

Used for dry tooling and for backpacking in 25F. Fit is perfectly tight without being constricting. Very dexterous for all camping related functions and waterproof with no feel of snowmelt entering the glove. Perfect amount of sticky to grip tools and carabiners. The only downside is these gloves are notoriously difficult to put on with any amount of dampness on your hand or already in the glove. The liner in the glove is pretty loose so it sticks and gets caught. I view these gloves as wearable once per day and then not again until dry.

Great glove

The Black Diamond Terminator glove has a nice fit that allows your hands very good dexterity, The wrist closure prevents snow from entering your glove. For fine motor skills I still need to remove the glove, like taking your credit card out of your wallet.
Pros:
  • nice snug fit.
Cons:
  • warm, but not mitten warm.
Best Used for:
  • General winter activities as well as outdoor recreation.
