I have already used the heck out of these poles and they perform very well. Easy to adjust and they never slip unlike twist lock poles I have used in the past.

High quality, light, durable

This pole comes with the classic flick lock system from Black Diamond which is easy to use and reliable, works great. the Alu shaft is strong and light. used it for weekend trip, no problem yet. Great trekking pole

Trekking poles

I recieved these for my birthday. Love them. Work well. They collapse small for throwing on my pack. Strong and a pretty purple color. Very lightweight. Now we all have trekking poles. Will buy again when needed.

Almost trail ready

Once I figured out how to loosen the clips a bit so I could snap then into the locked position, all was great. Have only used them on a short trek so far, ~1mile. Am eager to get out and hike more. But need the smoke to clear.

Hiking poles

Never thought I would be a pole kinda guy. A friend told me to try these and I love them. Easily adjust on the fly. Very sturdy. Super light. Highly recommend for any type of hiker. From short day trips to full excursions.

Great Wading Staff

I purchased these poles to use as wading staffs for my fly fishing pursuits. Even though they're not specifically designed to be used as wading staffs, these are as good as any you can find. They are very strong and the tip really sticks when planted on slippery rocks. I am much more confident and safe when wading with the Black Diamond Trail Back Trekking Pole. I highly recommend them.

Trekked 50 miles in 5 days

Worked excellent. Only minor slippage if I leaned on them with all my weight (and pack) when resting. Would buy and use again.
