These poles are awesome! They are one of the lightest verions of trekking poles on the market. Built out of carbon-fiber, these things pack small and carry light. I'm 5'6" and decided to go with the 120cm length. I tend to use my poles for the hike out from basecamp more than the hike in and wanted a little extra length for the slight decline on the way out.
