Frustrated AF's Review of Blackstone Patio Cabinet Griddle w/Airfryer

I bought one almost a year ago. It came with a broken door. After reaching out to Blackstone numerous times they still have not replaced it. I should have listened to all the other reviews about their terrible customer service.
