Excellent Unit

Bought this unit and was a little surprised at the discount that I found it at here on the site. Came in perfect condition and I use it every single day! Its been amazing. Cannot believe I waited so long to get a griddle. Would recommend getting the Seasoning and conditioner as well makes it easier but did not see a link to it when I was purchasing the griddle.
Pros:
  • Easy to use
  • durable
  • Tasty
  • Easy build
Cons:
  • Needs a plug in for the airfryer
Best Used for:
  • Anything you want to eat

Terrible Customer Service

I bought one almost a year ago. It came with a broken door. After reaching out to Blackstone numerous times they still have not replaced it. I should have listened to all the other reviews about their terrible customer service.
