The backpack is really great. It's lightweight and comfortable. 55 liters is enough to pack yourself for a few day trip and be comfortable. The only thing you need to be careful about is the fabric it's made of. Bottom part is very strong, but anything above that is very thin and it can be easily teared by rocks, but that's pretty much normal in lightweight backpacks. Except for that, I'm very satisfied with it.

Probably the least sweaty back Ive ever had and I have used many packs from a range of designs from kelty, osprey, deuter and kelty and this Boreas left my back surprisingly dry which was great. Pockets are just what I wanted in the right places. If you want a comfortable lightweight pack and can keep it under 30 or so pounds then get it.

The design and craftsmanship of this pack is excellent and it carries lightweight and moderate loads very well. There is plenty of room to carry gear for a week and it compresses down enough for weekend trips. I

Just finished a two day hike with this pack and it performed exceptionally. It was very comfortable and did not chafe in any places, easily held all I needed and a 3L hydration pack, and it is very light weight. The material it is made out of seems very durable, and buckles all seem appropriately sized and strong. This pack has fairly good ventilation at the back, and distributes the pack weight e
