Comfortable and light - more support than I expected

This is my first pair of Brooks shoes so I did my homework and researched reviews. I also used their online 'find the right shoe for you' app. (which I highly recommend). That is why I picked these for running and gym work. They provide a soft step (shock absorbing) and great arch and ankle support. They are low cut, but my ankles feel better wearing these during a long run than they have in a while.
I highly recommend them. I also like the reflective stripe on the bottom edge -- easily seen at night.

The Brooks Ricochet running shoe is very comfortable, lots of cushion and for you ladies that like the looks this shoe is very stylish. As for running it has the stability I need and has a spring to it. I love them
