Voile Splitboard Dual Height Climbing Heels
These are inexpensive and get the job done. I'm not aware of a better more economical solution on the market. Lightweight, durable, comes with a binding support if you use standard splitboard bindings or you can skip the extra support and save weight if you use a hard boot set up.

I've used the Spark R&D pucks as well as these, and these are better because they're lighter by a couple ounces since it's all plastic instead of having metal in the middle. A couple ounces makes huge difference when you have to lift it with every step. These are about $20 bucks cheaper retail as well as lighter weight. What's not to like?
