Comfy so far. USA sizes--- I didn't follow 1/2 size up reviews because I want tight boots, but YES, 1/2 size up . Had to make a return because reviews were confusing about the fit. Store credit applied quickly.
I wear a Nike 11W runner, a steel toed Caterpillar 10W. I returned a 10W Lowa for a 10.5W which is perfect for bigger socks and toe pocket. I had toe jam on a lowa 10w.
I will be investing in some high arch footbeds. The laces are slightly longer on the 10 vs 10.5 which is nice.
