The way this pack unzips makes it pretty ideal as a pack for extended travel. The internal organization is great, and the generally clean look of the pack helps you blend in urban environments to help you not look like a dirtbag in the big city.

As a gym / crag bag it's also pretty good. Again, the way it unzip is a huge boon when unpacking gear. The included rope tarp is also a nice touch.
It fit my 60m gym rope, shoes, chalk bag, harness, grigri, draws, jacket, and change of clothes with room to spare.

Cons:
- The rope attachment is in the top pocket so if you want to use the rope strap the pocket has to stay open, making it useless.
- The main zipper only has a single zip, so if you need to pull something out of the bottom of the pack you have to unzip all the way. A dual-zipper design coulda easily resolved this.
- If you're looking for an external water bottle pouch, you're outta luck
