Montane Via Trail Gaiter - Men's
After having to dump my boots out constantly at Great Sand Dunes National Park and not infrequently among the rockies, I wanted a simple gaiter to keep stuff out. But I didn't want to glue velcro to all my shoes.
This stays on great and blocks sand, scree, etc. Materials are sturdy and I love the easy replaceable sole strap. Fits my cankles.

Montane Prism Hat
In the winter and shoulder seasons, I struggled with getting the right combination of stuff on my head to keep out cold, block the sun, and vent excess heat. I use this hat in combination with an earband, a super lightweight visor, and a balaclava if it's really really cold. This hat alone is perfect for frigid early starts. Hat + visor for when the sun comes out, and visor + earband when I'm doing an aggressive ascent. Unlike other hats I've had, this packs down tiny so I can pull it on and off as needed with climbs and breaks and just stuff it in a pocket instead of having to remove my pack to stow it. Also small enough it can live in my pack all summer for unexpected summit storms.
Build quality is excellent.
I have a medium head in women's helmets. This fits great.

Goal Zero Lighthouse 600 LED Lantern
I've had this for over 5 years with moderate use, including periods of intense use during power outages, camping, home renovations. The hand crank I guess is better than nothing, but my nephew was trying to get it up to full charge on a car trip (for fun, because kids) and he only got it up ~25% in about two hours. I like that you can just use half the light to save power and glare, and that you can extend the legs out to cast the light further. I wish the red lights could be on steady and not just flashing/emergency flare kinda use. I think this should be about half its list price.

Kelty Snow Basket For Trekking Pole, Pair
These screwon, stay on, and are sturdy. They are a bit flexible so they won't break, but they are better built than other ones I was looking at in-stores. Good size for fluffy snow. They do fit my old Leki poles perfectly (but not my Komperdell/REI brand). Not easy to get on (like any other option) but that means that they will stay on well.
