Didn't work for me

The shoes arrived in good condition and fit fine. But I have been struggling with plantar faciitis for almost a year now. So my feet are quite picky and whiney. I was really hoping these shoes would work, but after three 4-6 mile runs, both feet were on fire (rather than just one) and I was limping all day again. I think the heel is too high for my needs and the footbed too stiff. I felt like I was slapping my full foot against the ground with each step, like flipper. In fact, the flapping sound of my feet was annoying me when running. So I won't say that they won't work for others, but they didn't for me. When I wore they on trails or dusty roads I got a ton of dust in the mesh top, which ended up in my toes. So they breath well. :) I got lots of compliments about the look of the shoes at least!
