Very comfortable and perfect fit! Will be an excellent ski and winter camping hiking layer. Weight is right, only downside is the steep price, but you gotta pay for quality, especially these days. Weight to warmth is hard to match.

If you are looking for a dedicated hiking boot look no further, I bought these primarily for winter backpacking but they would work well anytime the temp is below 40. The boot fits great right out of the box but you will need to put some miles on them to brake in the thick leather. Very aggressive treadpattern makes the verticals a whole lot easier and pairs well with a pair of universal crampons. Still footbed has all the support u could ever need but a little more padding near the palm of the foot wouldnt hurt. Buy These especially if you have a narrow foot. Also these will def keep your feet dry!
