Love this rain jacket. The storm hood is excellent. The fitting is rather loose (though still looks formfitting), lots of extra fabric around the shoulder area, but it also means that the hoody layers well, and no restriction on movements.

Arc'teryx Tenquille Hoody - Women's
Great construction as expected from Arcteryx. The fit is very slim. I'm 5'4 and 130 lb, got a small which is my usual size. It can fit my Atom LT hoodie underneath, but a bit tight. Puffy won't fit. The tenquille hoody stops wind pretty well. No inside pocket. Love this jacket!
