I'm generally a car camper or will walk into a site that's not too far from the lot. I also camp solo, so I'm responsible for carting everything. That means while I look for comfort, I try to keep it a bit minimal (I'm lazy and don't want to have to carry too much).
This tent fits the bill. It is plenty big for one person giving me room for gear inside the tent and the fly gives easy storage f

And this stove delivers.
It's lightweight and small so it is easy to transport no matter how light you want to go. It lights easily and had a pot of water boiling before I believed it could happen. I added a cheap set of stove canister feet, and it is remarkably stable. Oh, and it didn't break the bank to buy.
This is a perfect tent if you're one person with a pile of gear, or two people who don't mind being "friendly." The twin vestibules are large and take care of having to bring everything into the tent with you, or to provide shelter to your dog. ;-)
