Warm and comfortable

I bought these to wear for the North Dakota winter, and these boots have not let me down. The wool lining keeps my legs warm and the sole of the shoe insulates from the cold. These boots keep your legs warm unlike typical fashion leather boots that do nothing against the cold. I bought the grey color and have received so many complements. The leather is buttery soft. My friend even bought herself a pair after seeing mine.

Wore this jacket on a 2 hour hike while wearing this coat in North Dakota. It was 14 degrees outside with a pretty good wind. I was perfectly warm! All I had on under the coat was a fleece sweater. I love the hood, keeps the wind from smacking your forehead. I still wore a fleece face mask for my nose and lower face. It’s not the G-1000 fabric but it does have fjallraven’s “hydratic membrane”, makes it waterproof but adds a breathable feature so you don’t sweat as much.

I love this Jacket when I’m hiking or walking. Added some fjallraven wax and it’s unbelievably wind proof. I live in North Dakota and this roomy jacket plus a good wool sweater keeps the chill out. I love the large kangaroo style front pouch that keeps my binoculars handy. The leather tabs on the zippers make it easy to open pockets while wearing gloves. The overall roominess of this poncho style jacket makes it easy to bend, sit or move around without restricting the hips.
