I'm 6'2" and 210lbs and the Large fits me well. I haven't had a chance to use it in extreme cold, but plan on using it during a 4 day backpacking trip in the Rockys during the winter. Seems warm and light. Pockets seem warm as well. I like how deep the internal pocket is.
